I have trained just over a year with Andreas in Kick Boxing. I wanted to loose weight and improve my fitness again, after I stopped competitive Cricket. I really enjoy our sessions. He breaks down the movement and actions of each strike, in such detail that I found it easy to pick up. I am a big guy but rather than rely on my size for my power, Andreas has shown me that with the right technique I could hit twice as hard. He has also helped me with breathing techniques, to help with my general well being.

I have been training with Andreas just under a year now. Our sessions are not just enjoyable but tailored to my fitness levels and strengths. Each week I am able to do more, I feel stronger and fitter after every session. I am loosing weight and gaining muscle as I train with Andreas. We have become good friends and he always encourages me to push that bit harder when I feel like I have nothing left.

I have been training with Andreas for roughly 3 years and I absolutely love our sessions. We train Muay Thai and Boxing. Andreas is the best Personal Trainer I've had! I wanted someone who understands the importance of body alignment (prior back and neck issues), because my aim is to build a strong body for the future and that's exactly what i feel he has done for me. I've got some amazing results, that are sustainable to keep. He put me at ease with more challenging ones and showed me step-by-step how to do each exercise. Honestly hire him! I started training with Andreas at the beginning of January 2020. I was at a weight of 105kg and a dress size 18. I have always been a larger girl and over the last few years, I have unfortunately had some health issue's, mentally and physically. I was a complete exercise and gym novice and found the idea of training in a gym daunting. So working with Andreas has really boosted my confidence, enough for me to be able to go to the gym on my own and not fee anxious. It has helped me mentally move forward and I have never felt better in myself. Even in the current lockdown I have continued to train with Andreas online and am currently a size 12. I am grateful for the help and enthusiasm, Andreas has put into helping me achieve and maintain this new healthy lifestyle.

I began my fitness journey roughly around 2014. I was in and out of gyms and doing different classes, however I still didn't get the results I wanted and began to grow frustrated and a dislike to training. in the summer of 2016 I told myself i really wanted to change this mentality and signed up to the gym once again with the idea of getting a personal trainer to help. I came across Andreas profile and made the decision to train with him because not only did he specialise in weight loss and strength training but also martial arts such as boxing and thai boxing which I wanted to try out. After a few sessions I began to love the gym and started to notice a real difference in my physical appearance. He is so knowledgable and passionate about what he does and even if I had a any aches or pains he could also help find and release the problem. Andreas taught me so much on correct technique and form and I loved training with him. he pushed me further when I needed it, as I can give up easily. He also taught me consistency is the key especially if you want long lasting results.
