Personal Training

Choose the best option to suit your lifestyle and begin your health and fitness journey. 

Studio Based

If you find commercial gyms intimidating or too busy, this could be a good alternative for you. Train in a private, clean and well equipped studio in (N10) North London.

Online Training

Train from the comfort of your own home with  live video stream. Using whichever platform you prefer, pick from FaceTime, Skype and Zoom. We will design a bespoke programme to help you reach your health and fitness goals. 

At Your Home

If you have a suitable and safe space to to train in your home or garden, you can request to be considered for home training sessions. If you prefer training in the comfort of your own home, With private home training you can achieve the results you desire, without having to set foot in a gym. 

Strength Training

Strength training is a great way to increase muscle mass, which naturally decrease with age. It increases bone density whilst reducing the risk of fractures. It can also help reduce the symptoms of arthritis by helping the joints stay strong and flexible. Weight training and cardio is the best way to lose weight quickly whilst building muscle and getting strong and fit. Strength training differs to Hypertrophy training and focuses on using compound movements which work on using many joints together. As opposed to using machines to train joints separately, which can lead to muscular imbalance as well as weakness in the ligaments. Strength training strengthens the body naturally, as one unit.

Fat Loss

The programs I have developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. It is designed specifically for you, based on your age and fitness level. A combination of strategic fun exercises, tailored to your goals, used in conjunction with a healthy diet, will have you dropping clothing size's in no time.

Functional Training

One of the primary goals of functional training is to help your body feel better by performing and improving your natural movement patterns. Functional training is also great for building speed, agility, strengthening core muscles, improving posture and cardiovascular health.

By carrying out an assessment of your movement patterns, a tailored programme can be designed for you. Increasing your overall flexibility, joint stability, range of motion and coordination, where needed to improve movement. The better and more efficient you move, the better you will feel.

Rehab/Prehab

Each rehab or rehab program runs over a 12 week period, choose between 12 to 24 sessions. The programme is personalised, based on an assessment of mobility. A great way to improve how you feel day to day if you have suffered from long term injuries, posture issues or if your body feels tight and stiff. A Prehab or Rehab program addresses total body balance and helps improve pain management. The exercises help balance the range of motion, strength, coordination, and stabilization.

Yoga

Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance. Yoga has been widely associated with improving flexibility but has many other benefits, which can help you improve the way you look and feel. Yoga training increases muscle strength and tone whilst improving respiration, energy and vitality. It can help maintain a balanced metabolism, weight reduction, cardio and circulatory health. These benefits can help improve athletic performance and protection from injury.​

Muay Thai Boxing Pad Work

This Thai combat art has been practiced for over 2000 years with its traditions being passed down from generation to generation.

Whether it’s losing weight or increasing stamina and cardiovascular health, Muay Thai Boxing is a great full body workout that increases hip mobility and a great stress buster. You’ll see an improvement in the way you feel, look and whilst improving coordination and developing skill. Learn to develop power in striking with eight limbs whilst having fun getting fit.

Western Boxing

This is a popular trend in the fitness world today and one of the best forms of exercise in my opinion for fat loss. Boxing will improve your health and have you feeling fitter with every session. Boxing is being used more increasingly in the fitness industry as it's a great tool for fat burning, stress relief, increased muscle tone, building strong bones and ligaments, increasing cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and improved core stability.​ You’ll see an improvement in the way you feel, look and whilst improving coordination and developing skill. Learn to develop power in striking with the entire body.

Kung Fu (Chinese Boxing)

After spending over 20 years learning, practicing and researching martial arts, I am happy to share my passion and the most valuable aspects I have learnt and developed. Chinese Boxing is for you if you want to develop skill for self defence or other benefits that derive from training in these methods such as, coordination, improving reflexes, mind to muscle connection, posture, spacial awareness, stability and efficiency of movement. Wing Chun and Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu styles are famous for being extremely effective close range fighting systems. They do not require strength and flexibility and can be practiced and enjoyed by all ages.

Reiki

Reiki is the transfer of energy through the practitioner to you. Your body recognises the energy and sets it to work both to relax you and to accelerate your body’s natural ability to heal itself. Energy healing targets the energy fields around the body. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or possibly emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture. Improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness. Reiki sessions are available if you live in the north London area. We will travel out to you with a treatment table, providing you have space. You will lie on the treatment table, fully clothed (apart from your shoes). The energy will stay with you, working on your health, for two or three days after your appointment. The session will last for an hour. For maximum results three sessions in a week are recommended.
